Now that you have been pre-approved, your lender has provided you with one of the most important criteria that you will need.  The Price Criteria!  We refer to this often as your Price Point.  Since we need to know the price range we will be looking in, we need to start with that number, but that is just one of many criteria that we will need in order to help you find the perfect home for you.

Through this process, we will work with you to help you determine what are the most important criteria for a home.  We will determine the “Must Haves” along with the “Nice to Haves” and the “Dream Scenario” criteria.  Some buyers know right off the bat all of the things they want and need in a home, while many others THINK they know, but discover through this process that there were some very important criteria that they didn’t think of.

We are experts in helping buyers come up with these criteria during this time so don’t worry if you’re not sure.

Once we have gathered your criteria, we will move on to setting up your personalized Client Gateway for you, which is custom website designed specifically for your home search.  Through the Gateway, we will automatically send you all of the properties that meet your criteria, via daily emails if you like,  so that you can view them as soon as they hit the market.  The listing information will be complete with home information, pictures, videos, tax information and interactive maps.
